A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Q: Does Room Candy ship internationally?
A: For now, we are only shipping to U.S. addresses
within the 48 contiguous states.
Q: How fast will my order be shipped?
A: All products in stock typically ships in 1-3
business days after receipt of payment, and delivery
will take between 1-6 business days. We ship by Fedex Ground. We will send you a confirmation e-mail with your tracking order when your product is shipped.
Q: What happens if an item is out of
stock?
A: Most if not all of our items are in stock and ready to ship. In the rare case that a locally manufactured item is temporarily out of stock,
we will notify you of the time it
will take for the item(s) to ship. The lead time
for backorders ranges from 1-3 weeks.
Q: What are Room Candy dog beds stuffed
with?
A: All pillows are stuffed with the highest grade 100% polyester
fiberfill.
Q: Why are your shipping rates so high?
A: Even though our products are relatively
light, the shipping rate is based on the size
of the product. We believe our shipping rates
are consistent with other e-tailers selling similar
merchandise.
Q: What size dog bed should I get my dog?
A: The usual rule of thumb is that you add 9-12
inches to the length of the dog when it's fully
stretched out (or, measure from the tip of your
dog’s nose to your dog’s rump). However,
when in doubt, opt for the next larger size.
Q: So really, what's the difference between your products and other company's products?
A: Aside from the high quality materials that we use for our products, the real secret is that we pack everything with love. It sounds super cheesy, but we are quite serious about this. It is a mandate that everyone that works in the company loves and owns dogs (in fact, the current ratio of employees to dogs owned is 1 person to 2.5 dogs). Also, we instruct all our packers to pack with "good, happy feelings", and we hope this is a byproduct of a jovial and casual working environment. The way we see it, if dogs are savvy enough to pick up bombs and cancerous growths, they can probably also pick up good vibes from our products. We believe in good juju!
