SHIPPING RATE
We ship orders out 2-3 business days after we receive your order. The shipping cost for all orders is $5 plus 5% of your order total (For example, a $100 order = $5 + (0.05x$100) = $10 shipping fee.) We ship via
Fedex Ground, which has a 1-5 day delivery time depending on which state you are located. Orders
may be shipped only to a regular street addresses
(No P.O. Boxes) within the 48 contiguous states.
For Hawaii and Alaska addresses, please call us at (626) 851-8094 with your order as we need to add an additional fee for shipping to addresses in those states. We will send you a confirmation e-mail with your
tracking order when your product is shipped.
RETURN POLICY
We are sure that you will love your new purchase, but in the rare chance that you need to return an item, please contact us at (626) 851-8094 within 5 days of receipt for a RA (Return Authorization) number. Please note that we cannot refund shipping cost.
